Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Fluxer processes to provide the service, secure accounts, and improve the product experience.
Fluxer is an IPTV app available for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and tvOS through the App Store. The getfluxer.app website presents the product, handles selected account pages, and links to legal information for the service.
1. Controller
Fluxer is operated by HOVER FOCUS, a French SASU registered with the Versailles Trade and Companies Register under SIREN 948 883 582, with registered office at 10 RUE AU PAIN, 78000 VERSAILLES, France. HOVER FOCUS is responsible for the personal data processed through getfluxer.app and the Fluxer app.
Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@getfluxer.app.
2. Data processed
Depending on your usage, Fluxer may process the following categories:
- account data, such as email address and authentication information managed by Supabase;
- library data, such as playlists, favorites, watch history, or progress when sync is enabled;
- IPTV source data, such as playlist URLs, Xtream connection settings, and related metadata that you choose to add;
- technical data, such as error logs, session metadata, and information required for service security;
- messages you voluntarily send to Fluxer by email or support.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to create and secure your account, sync Fluxer data between devices, provide playback and library features, process support requests, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Where applicable, processing is based on performance of the service contract, Fluxer's legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, your consent for optional features, or compliance with legal obligations.
4. IPTV sources and content
Fluxer does not provide channels, movies, series, IPTV streams, or third-party subscriptions. You are responsible for the sources you import and the rights associated with their use. Credentials, URLs, or playlists you add are used only to operate the app.
5. Providers and transfers
The Fluxer backend is hosted by Supabase, which provides authentication, database, and backend infrastructure services. The getfluxer.app website is hosted by Vercel.
Fluxer may also rely on TMDB for movie and series metadata, your configured IPTV providers for source access, and limited technical tools for security, delivery, and diagnostics. These providers process data according to their own contractual and security commitments.
When Fluxer requests metadata or content from TMDB or an IPTV provider, the relevant technical request data is sent to that third party so the feature can work. Fluxer does not sell personal data.
Depending on provider infrastructure, data may be processed outside your country or region. In that case, Fluxer relies on appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards where required by applicable law.
6. Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Synced library data is retained while you use sync or until deletion. Technical logs are retained for a limited period proportionate to security and diagnostic needs.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or export of your data when these rights apply. You may also request account deletion. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@getfluxer.app.
If you are in the European Economic Area or another jurisdiction with a data protection authority, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent authority.
8. Security
Fluxer applies reasonable measures to protect data, including secure authentication, access controls, and limited data collection. No system is perfectly invulnerable; report any issue to security@getfluxer.app.
9. Children
Fluxer is not intended for children and does not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact privacy@getfluxer.app so the situation can be reviewed.
10. Contact and updates
For questions about this policy, contact privacy@getfluxer.app. This policy may be updated to reflect product, provider, or legal changes. The update date at the top identifies the applicable version.
